  • Tier 1: Full Recycling & Circularity: Our primary goal is to fully recycle materials back into their original form. This creates a closed-loop system, transforming old textiles into new fibres that can be re-spun into yarn and fabric. This is the most environmentally beneficial outcome, significantly reducing the demand for virgin resources.
  • Tier 2: Upcycling & Repurposing: If direct recycling back into original form isn't feasible due to material composition or condition, we move to Tier 2. Here, the materials are upcycled and repurposed into new, distinct products. This could involve transforming fabric into insulation materials, soundproofing, industrial wipes, or even components for new products. This creative reuse extends the lifespan of the materials and prevents them from becoming waste.
  • Tier 3: Energy Recovery (Last Resort): Only when both Tier 1 and Tier 2 are genuinely unfeasible does the material proceed to Tier 3, which involves incineration for energy recovery. This is our absolute last resort. While not recycling in the traditional sense, this process ensures that no waste goes to landfill.
